Tiffany Haddish Speaks On Girls Trip, Escaping Death, and having to Raise Her Siblings

Tiffany Haddish is a talented comedian that everyone can feel good about cheering for while watching Girls Trip. Girls Trip, is a movie starring Jada Pinkett Smith, Queen Latifah, and Regina Hall as best friends that are in for the adventure of a lifetime when they travel to New Orleans for the annual Essence Festival. Along the way, they rekindle their sisterhood and rediscover their wild side.

At first glance, you may think Tiffany is now receiving her big break as the next break out star in Girls Trip.  However, once you look into her story you realize her journey started when she was 9 years old.

In an interview with the Breakfast Club she explains how her mother almost died when she flew through a windshield during a car wreck. The brain injuries her mother sustained from the wreckage resulted in her mother becoming schizophrenia. Force to become the head of the house, she suffered being separated from her brothers and sisters while being deported to foster care.

Tiffany Haddish, is not only funny, but a survivor, a winner, and an intelligent woman that is a model for young girls growing up in the foster care system. I became an instant fan while listening to her trials and tribulation as she visibly became emotional with the Breakfast Club. I'm sure you will too, if you're not already a fan.
