Adrian Broner Wanted By Police For Assault And Armed Robbery




Boxer Adrien Broner is wanted by police after allegedly assaulting a man outside a bowling alley in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a warrant issued for his arrest.According to a report from TMZ, Broner has been charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery after an incident that allegedly took place on Jan. 21 involving the boxer and the victim, whom he was gambling with earlier in the night.

The alleged victim explained to police that he was in a high-stakes game of bowling against Broner with thousands of dollars on the line, and the boxer was allegedly down big. When the victim decided to call it a night and walk away with his winnings, Broner allegedly became enraged and waited for the man outside the bowling alley, where the alleged attack occured.Broner allegedly punched the victim repeatedly and then, according to court documents, he "then retrieved a handgun from his vehicle, approached the victim, demanded money, then struck (the victim) in the face with a closed fist a second time, this time causing the victim to be rendered unconscious.

"According to the report, Broner then allegedly took money out of the victim's pockets while he was unconscious before leaving the scene.The alleged victim was hospitalized and received stitches to close a gash opened on his face.Broner is expected to fight Ashley Theophane on April 1 in Washington D.C.
