Local Cincinnati Rap Label FDD ENT:Raided and Arrested W/ Drugs, Money, and Guns


 
 
 
 
 
Cincinnati Police and the ATF announced a "major" drug bust Monday, Feb. 22, that includes several members of FDD ENT.
The artists are associated with FDD Entertainment which is based in the West End of Cincinnati OH. FDD stands for Focus, Discipline and Dedication. Artists from this rap label have been featured in opening acts for headlining acts such as Migos.
The company's CEO, Jerry Black, was taken into custody Friday night after police searched his car and home. Police stated they found 152 pounds of marijuana, $142,000 in cash and guns.
Six other men face charges. Jeffrey Harrison was charged with felonious assault and kidnapping for a shooting incident in the West End October 2015. Monday, the charges were dropped because the victim wouldn't cooperate
Police said the investigation started in May 2015 when Naquez Mitchell was shot and killed in his car in South Cumminsville. Elijah Hamler and Juandezs Black were later charged in the killing. Police said a triple shooting in May 2015 in the West End was the work of FDD associates.
Seven men in all face charges.
