Robin Pearl is still grieving after her little girl was shot in Cincinnati Ohio in June. According to police, shots were fired into a vehicle and when officers arrived at the scene, also named Robin Pearl, 18, was found dead in a passenger seat.

After the heartbreaking news of her daughter's passing, Robin Pearl has found out more devastating news. The Fairfield lady said now she's managing another chaos: the extra security organization taking care of her little girl's arrangement won't pay on account of a "technicality."
Robin Pearl was executed in June of 2015. Police said a man named Joshua Maxton strolled up to the SUV and opened fire.

Pearl thought the insurance would be something she could depend on. Her little girl had up to $25,000 worth of coverage with Cincinnati Life Insurance, and she invested months finding police reports and medical records for her case.

The mother paid her monthly installments, so she was shocked when the organization denied her case.
Pearl told Channel 9 News,"It was denied," she said. "That is it. There's nothing more to it.
