Russell Simmons Talks How Eating Meat Is Similar To 30 Cigarettes a Day




Russell Simmons stopped by the Breakfast Club to discuss the release of his new book "The Happy Vegan."

During the interview Russell Simmons talks about how the government subsidizes the meat industry. Therefore meat is much cheaper than non meat products in your local supermarket. Simmons went on to explain how eating meat everyday is similar to smoking 30 cigarettes a day. Simmons also discusses the amount of chemicals and antibiotics in chicken and how fish is his weakness.
