Grand Jury Declines to Indict NYPD Officer in Eric Garner Chokehold Death

A New York City grand jury has declined to indict an NYPD officer in the chokehold case of Eric Garner, the unarmed man who died while being arrested on Staten Island earlier this year, multiple sources familiar with the decision tell NBC 4 New York.
In delivering a vote of "no true bill" Wednesday, jurors determined there was not probable cause that a crime was committed by NYPD officer Daniel Pantaleo, who was seen on a widely watched amateur video wrapping his arm around Garner's neck as the 43-year-old yelled, "I can't breathe!" during the July 17 confrontation.
In the wake of a grand jury declining to indict officer Wilson in the Mike Brown murder, people across the nation plan to abide by a different law. A member of the new black panther party had several interesting points while remaining anonymous. For every unarmed man killed by police, an innocent police officer from that same department will be ambushed and killed. Sounds brutal, but justice system leaves option stranded with no hope.
A member of the new black panther party stated."if cops knew one of thier own might die, if they kill an innocent man or woman, then they might take extra precaution before killing someone else."
