Taliban Threaten Beheading Video of Bergdahl

Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, returned home early Friday morning after being the last American prisoner of war. Bergdahl reputation is tarnished by accusations he deserted his command and walk off on his own accord. The decision to exchange Bergdahl for 5 Taliban prisoners came with extreme political debate. Sources tell CNN if President Obama did not bring Bergdahl home, the Taliban threaten a beheading video featuring Bergdahl.

The longest held American soldier since the Vietnam war arrived in San Antonio from Germany without a hero's welcome. The 28 year old was taken to the San Antonio Military Medical Center where he will have secluded wing to himself to recuperate and meet his family.

Everybody has a piece of the story, and very few people have the entire story. The backlash from the accusations halted Bergdahl's public celebration in fear of protests.

Former soldiers involved in the operations to search and find Bergdahl told CNN at least six soldiers were killed because of the search for Bergdahl in 2009.

The FBI is currently investigating threats against Bergdahl's parents.

Some members of his platoon want Bergdahl to face military trial for desertion under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. However, some think 5 years in captivity is punishment enough.
